  Although it took almost a year longer than anticipated, we now have some shelf stock of our#5, #6 and #8 turnouts. 

The turnouts are built and mounted on laser cut tie strips.  There are several printed circuit board ties soldered to the rails through out the turnout to prevent them from ever going out of gauge.  Also, because of the nature of these DCC friendly turnouts, the contact between the points and stock rails is not necessary for electrically energizing the stock rails.  The stock rails are soldered to the same PC board tie as are the points.  A gap in the metallic surface of the PC tie prevents short circuits in the turnout.

Though we have shelf stock of all of our turnouts,  the number of pieces at this time minimal, but we anticipate having our stock growing rapidly as we have figured out the best way to weather the rail and stain the ties to speed production.

I have found that Atlas N scale rail joiners work excellent on the Peco HOn30 Flex Track and Turnouts  I also believe that Peco's N scale insulated rail joiners are the best for their own track and turnouts.  The Atlas insulated joiners are too thick and bulky to slip under the rails on the turnouts.

Motorized Well Type Turntable with B & F's custom built Motorized Drive System the unit is 95% Assembled & Wired.  You just install Bridge Hand Railings.  The manual turntable was manufactured by Peco, but B&F has added the motor, electrical and custom machined the couplings pieces to put this all together for your use.  The Turntable us fully assembled and only needed to be mounted to your layout.  

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS:

Remove the motor from the turntable, by loosening the set screw in the white motor adaptor sleeve.  Set the turntable in the exact place you want to have the turntable mounted. Trace the outside of the bottom of the turntable pit onto your subroadbed, cut it out, sand the inside edges smooth, mount the motor back on the turntable and drop it into the hole.

HOOKING UP THE ELECTRONICS:

You will need two double pole, double throw, center off style toggle switches.  The switches need to be cross wired to make into reversing switches (Instructions are included with the turntable).  The motor wires hook up to the center terminals on one of the toggle switches (to reverse the direction of the motor and to stop the rotation of the motor) and the wires from the rails hook to the center terminals on the other toggle switch (which reverses the direction of the loco on the bridge and turn off the power to the bridge while the bridge is turning).  The power supplying the two toggle switches can be provided by either the block in which the turntable is located, or you may create a new block for the turntable and the stall tracks which radiate from the table.
